At SolveMestery, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our products are digital problem-solving guides delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because these products are delivered electronically and accessed immediately, this Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.
Once a digital guide has been purchased and the download link has been delivered or accessed, the product is considered used. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned or resold after delivery. For this reason, all sales are generally final, subject to the exceptions described below.
We understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you experience any of the following within 14 days of your purchase, you may submit a refund request and we will review it fairly:

Each refund request is evaluated individually. In reviewing your request, we consider whether the guide has been downloaded, whether we have had a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, the nature of the problem reported, and your purchase history. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

In many cases we can resolve your issue without a refund. We may offer a working replacement file if your download is corrupted, technical support to help you access your guide, or a credit toward a different guide of equal value.
