Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SolveMestery Affiliate Program (“Program”). By submitting an application or promoting any SolveMestery product through an affiliate link, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Program is operated by SolveMestery, a digital commerce brand registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Program allows approved affiliates (“you,” “affiliate,” or “partner”) to earn commissions by referring customers to SolveMestery products through unique referral links.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SolveMestery. Please read them carefully before applying or participating.

Participation in the Program is subject to approval. To be eligible to apply, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age;
2. Have a valid website, social media presence, email list, or other online platform through which you can genuinely promote our products;
3. Provide accurate and complete information in your application;
4. Not be located in a country or region subject to trade sanctions or embargoes; and
5. Not be a competitor of SolveMestery or engaged in activities that conflict with our brand.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejection. Approved affiliates will receive a confirmation email and access to the affiliate dashboard.

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the total sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees) generated through a valid affiliate referral. The standard commission rate is based on your Lifetime Sales Volume (the total dollar amount of store sales driven by you, NOT your own commission earnings), as follows:

Commission rates are determined by your current tier at the time of the sale. Tier upgrades are applied automatically as your Lifetime Sales Volume milestones are met. Commissions are calculated on the pre-tax, pre-fee order total. Discounts, coupons, and promotional adjustments are subtracted before commission calculation.

When a potential customer clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is placed on their browser. This cookie lasts for 30 days. If the customer makes a purchase within this 30-day window, the sale is attributed to you and a commission is earned.

Key tracking rules:

• The 30-day cookie period begins at the moment the customer clicks your affiliate link.
• If the customer's cookie is overwritten by another affiliate's link before purchase, the last referring affiliate receives attribution.
• Self-referrals (using your own link to purchase) may be flagged and are subject to commission denial.
• Commissions are not earned on orders that are later refunded, charged back, or cancelled.
• We reserve the right to adjust or reverse commissions affected by tracking errors, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.

You will be provided with unique referral links through your affiliate dashboard. You may use these links in the following ways:

• On your website, blog, or personal portfolio (organic content only);
• In email newsletters to your existing subscribers (provided you comply with all applicable anti-spam laws);
• On your social media profiles and posts (organic posts only, unless explicitly authorized);
• In video descriptions (e.g., YouTube) where you provide genuine reviews or tutorials.

You may NOT:

• Use your referral link in paid search advertisements (PPC) bidding on SolveMestery or related branded keywords without prior written consent;
• Purchase domain names containing “SolveMestery” or confusingly similar variations;
• Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising to promote our products;
• Directly represent yourself as SolveMestery or imply you are an employee or official representative;
• Spam referral links via unsolicited messages, automated bots, or link farms.

Commissions are paid on a net-30 basis, meaning commissions earned in a given calendar month are calculated and paid within 30 days after the end of that month, subject to the minimum payout threshold.

Available payout methods:

• Local Bank Transfer: Available to affiliates with verified bank accounts. Processing time is 3-5 business days after initiation.
• PayPal: Available to affiliates with a verified PayPal account. Transfers are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

All commissions are paid in USD. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the affiliate. We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or if the affiliate account is under investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate termination, commission forfeiture, and legal action:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or comments containing affiliate links;
• Fraud: Generating fake clicks, impressions, or purchases through automated scripts, bots, or self-referrals;
• Brand Bidding (PPC): Bidding on keywords containing “SolveMestery” or any variation thereof in paid search engines without written authorization;
• False Advertising: Making misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about SolveMestery products;
• Coupon & Discount Misuse: Creating or promoting unauthorized coupon codes, discount offers, or claiming to offer exclusive deals not provided by SolveMestery;
• Impersonation: Registering domains, social media handles, or accounts that impersonate SolveMestery or suggest an official affiliation;
• Illegal Content: Promoting SolveMestery on websites or platforms that contain illegal, offensive, or adult-oriented content;
• Adware/Malware: Using adware, spyware, or any form of malware to generate affiliate traffic.

SolveMestery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our brand name, logos, and marketing materials (collectively, “Brand Assets”) solely for the purpose of promoting our products within the scope of this Program.

You agree that:

• All Brand Assets remain the exclusive property of SolveMestery;
• You will not modify, alter, or obscure any Brand Assets without prior written approval;
• You will not register any trademarks, domain names, or social media handles that incorporate SolveMestery or any confusingly similar variation;
• Upon termination of your participation in the Program, your license to use Brand Assets immediately ceases, and you must remove all such materials from your platforms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

Immediate termination may occur if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms;
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Harm the reputation or brand image of SolveMestery;
• Fail to comply with applicable laws or regulations in your promotional activities.

Consequences of termination:

• Your affiliate account will be deactivated and you will lose access to the dashboard and referral tools;
• All pending commissions will be reviewed. Legitimate, non-fraudulent commissions that have already been earned (i.e., sales that occurred before termination and are not subject to refund) will be paid in the next regular payout cycle;
• Commissions on orders placed after termination will not be earned, even if cookies are still active;
• You must immediately remove all affiliate links and Brand Assets from your platforms.

As an independent affiliate partner, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to the commissions you earn through the Program. SolveMestery does not withhold taxes on behalf of affiliates unless required by applicable law.

If required by law, we may request that you provide tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN form) for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested tax documentation may result in delayed or withheld payments.

Affiliates are encouraged to consult with a qualified tax professional regarding their specific tax obligations.

SolveMestery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.

Each party shall bear its own costs in any dispute resolution proceeding. The decision of the arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affiliates of material changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued participation in the Program after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your participation by providing written notice.
